Kamiki is the first whisky brand in the world with Japanese Cedar cask finish. Yoshino Sugi is considered to be the best wood for making local drink casks because of its scented,refreshing flavour and wooden aroma. The blend is rested for a second time in Yoshino Sugi casks to capture a perfectly smooth taste, a scent of sandalwood on the nose and a zest of green tea in the finish. This second maturation makes the whisky unique.
Perfectly balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat and toffee with hints of sandalwood and green tea. Non chill-filtered at 48% alcohol to keep its natural flavours at maximum. Blended at its peak flavour, rather than a predetermined ratio. As a result, each batch is unique and limited with stocks.

NOSE: Sandalwood aromas are robust & exhilarating on the nose.
PALATE: The cedar cask influence is immediately apparent in the mouth, filling the palate with spicy wood flavours. Robust coffee & hints of dried fig deepen the layers.
MATURATION: With a unique second maturation technique blend is rested for a second time in Yoshino Sugi Japanese Cedar casks.
FINISH: Hints of toffee and a long-lasting finish with a zest of green tea.
Kamiki Intense wood is an exclusive and more premium version of Kamiki Original, aged longer to have a stronger and more intense cedar taste for bold taste lovers!
NOSE: Demure aromas of freshly cut wood & button mushrooms are decidedly earth driven.
PALATE: Much more intense, the flavours explode with toasted tobacco, sweet cinnamon, background notes of cedar, roasted honey spiked grains.
MATURATION: Aged in oak barrels minimum of 3 years & second aged in non-charred local cedar casks longer than Kamiki ORIGINAL for bolder taste lovers.
FINISH: A long-lasting finish with a zest of green tea flavoured chocolate cake.
Kamiki Sakura wood has been aged first in Japanese Cedar casks and Sakura casks and it is the first whisky brand in the world with Japanese Sakura and Cedar cask finish.
NOSE: Notes of ripe banana, candied chestnuts, cinnamon, hints of pine.
PALATE: A distinct warming woodiness that reminds Nara forests with sandalwood and gentle spice, before sweet cherries notes.
MATURATION: Aged in Sakura casks at the final stage after it is rested in Yoshino-Sugi casks.
FINISH: Spicy cherry with savory notes, leading to a floral, spring-like finish.
