Inspired by our travels to the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia, we have crafted gins that tell the authentic story of Southeast Asia…From the adventure of a lifetime, to years of flavour experimentation, the opening of our own distillery, and the launch of the first product in our portfolio of Southeast Asian inspired spirits. A celebration of the people we met, the places we travelled to, and the ingredients we discovered. Tarsier Gin was born - Tim Driver & Sherwin Acebuche


We named our gin after the Philippine Tarsier, one of the world’s smallest primates that is native to the Philippines. Characterised by its small stature and big eyes, it perfectly embodied our vision. A small batch gin with big flavour and personality.
We are supporting the Tarsier by donating 10% of our profits to conservation projects in Southeast Asia. Our first partner is the Philippine Tarsier Foundation


Khao San Gin

Our backpacking adventure starts on Khao San Road in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the backpacking hub of Asia, so it’s a very fitting place to start our trip. 412 metres of neon lights, bars, hawkers and the most amazing street food surround us. The aromas of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass and Thai red chilli fill the air.

Khao San Gin is our expression of this incredible location. To harness the fresh, vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine, we have cold-distilled Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Thai Red Chilli separately in a vacuum still and blended with a traditional distillate of 10 carefully selected botanicals. We have bottled it at 41.2% in homage to this famous road which measures 412 metres long.

SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Thai Red Chilli, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaf.

CORE BOTANICALS: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Galangal, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Bitter Almond, Orange Peel and Lemon Peel.

PERFECT SERVE: Premium Indian tonic garnished with a slice of lime and slice of fresh chilli.

Oriental Pink Gin

From the tropical rainforests of Indonesia to the orchards of the Mekong Delta, the floating markets of Thailand and the fruit carts of Malaysia; Tarsier takes you on a journey of adventure and discovery.

Inspired by our travels around Southeast Asia, Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin is bursting with the floral notes of red dragon fruit, the sweetness of lychee and the tartness of raspberry.

SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Raspberry, Lychee, Red Dragon Fruit, Galangal and Calamansi.

CORE BOTANICALS: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root, Liquorice Root and Bitter Almond.

PERFECT SERVE: Premium Light Tonic garnished with a few raspberries and a sprig of mint.

Southeast Asian Dry Gin

From the white sands of Boracay to the street food of Bangkok, the bustling streets of Saigon and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, Tarsier Gin takes you on a journey of adventure and discovery.

Inspired by the cuisine of Southeast Asia, Tarsier is a citrus forward gin with aromatic & savoury mid-notes and a long peppery finish.

SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Calamansi, Thai Sweet Basil, Galangal and Kampot Pepper.

CORE BOTANICALS: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Galangal, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Bitter Almond, Orange Peel and Lemon Peel.

Taipei Old Tom Gin

Our backpacking adventure continues as we head to Taiwan; famous for its tea plantations with some of the finest oolongs in the world being cultivated here. The most prized of these is Oriental Beauty Oolong, as named by Queen Elizabeth II after she was so impressed by its distinctive taste. The flavour profile is fruity, with floral, wild honey and tart notes.

We have balanced the oolong tea flavours with zesty Kumquat, floral Hibiscus and aromatic Ginseng, harnessing the best natural produce that Taiwan is famous for.

SIGNATURE BOTANICALS: Oriental Beauty Oolong, Kumquat, Hibiscus and Ginseng.

CORE BOTANICALS: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Bitter Almond, Orange Peel and Lemon Peel.
