When it comes to wine production regions that have stood the test of time, few can compare with Tuscany. Situated in central Italy, this prolific hillside vineyard region stands tall with its reputation founded on iconic wines such as Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino, which dates back centuries.


Atilius Nobilis(Chianti DOCG)

Grape Variety: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo

‍ABV: 13% Vol

Color: Intense ruby red

‍Bouquet: Fruity and complex with hints of cherry

‍Palate: Smooth and velvety with a persistent finish

‍Food Pairing: First courses, grilled or stewed red or white meats

Serving Temperature: 18-20° C

Atilius Prestigio( Chianti Riserva DOCG)

Grape Variety: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo

‍ABV: 13.5% Vol

Color: Intense ruby red with garnet hues

‍Bouquet: Subtle bouquet with hints of sour black cherry, wild berries and violet accompanied by vanilla’s nuances

‍Palate: Round and full of body, with a persistent and slightly tannic aftertaste

‍Food Pairing: Savoury pasta, grilled or roasted meats, game

Atilius Ribelle(Cabernet Sauvignon IGT)

Grape Variety: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Sangiovese

‍ABV: 14% Vol

Color: Dark ruby red

‍Bouquet: Complex array of the following aromas: intense blackberry, blueberry and clove sweetened by the predominant vanilla

‍Palate: Fully-bodied and velvety with soft tannins which contribute to its elegant structure

‍Food Pairing: Savoury pasta, grilled or roasted meats, stewed game

Atilius Bianco (Chardonnay)

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

‍ABV: 13% Vol

Color: Brilliant straw

‍Bouquet: Very intense floral and fruity bouquet of orange and grapefruit blossoms accompanied by hints of elegant oak aromas

‍Palate: Full-body, dry and smooth fruit-forward with a good acidity

‍Food Pairing: Fish first courses, fish soups, oyster and raw fish, risotto with vegetables, fresh and spicy cheeses

Atilius Fest (Sparkling Brut)

Grape Variety: 60% Glera, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Grigio

‍ABV: 11% Vol

Color: Straw yellow

‍Bouquet: Aroma is pleasantly fruity

‍Palate: Taste is soft, flavorsome with a long-lasting finish

‍Food Pairing: This wine is an ideal accompaniment to all types of dessert

Atilius Superiore (Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG)

Grape Variety: 100% Glera

Color: Straw yellow with light green glints

Grape Variety: 50% Merlot, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Glera

‍ABV: 9.5% Vol

Color: Refined pink
